2009 Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA) Awards
In 2009 Mirvac (WA) was awarded three state Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Awards for The Point, Mandurah.
The Point won Best Masterplanned Development, Best High Density Development and The Presidents Award, which was awarded to the project the judges consider “the best of the best”.
In recognition of VDM’s involvement in the project, UDIA has awarded VDM Group with three certificates highlighting the contributions to this award winning development.
